In 1982, I completed a sculpture
for Seattle City Light's Creston Nelson Substation (see Creston
Nelson Substation). In 2000, I redesigned and rebuilt the sculpture
and moved it to City Light's North Service Center in Seattle,
Washington.
I made a new galvanized steel
base, including a coffe table, and bolted on the original aluminum
cast light bulbs, switches and outlets. The piece sits outside
the facility, and acts as a sort of open air break room.

Commission.
